In this video, Marcello Moccia, MD, PhD, University of Naples Federico II, Naples, Italy, provides insight into the implementation of the new multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnostic criteria into clinical practice, highlighting their ease of use and their potential to significantly improve the diagnosis of the disease. Dr Moccia also emphasizes that not all tests need to be conducted in each suspected case of MS and that an appropriate test should be selected based on availability and patient preference. This interview took place at the 40th Congress of the European Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis (ECTRIMS 2024) in Copenhagen, Denmark.
