Well, we have a long time to study the effect of the adipose mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of the acute ischemic shock. We previously did this in animals and finally we completed the animal preclinical research and also the clinical trials in patients. The adipose mesenchymal stem cells have the same efficacy as the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, like another clinical trial, but it’s easier to obtain because it’s more accessible, for the adipose tissue is very easy to obtain, like the medullary tissue, and the administration is safe, and at least it’s as effective as the mesenchymal bone marrow stem cells...

We previously did this in animals and finally we completed the animal preclinical research and also the clinical trials in patients. The adipose mesenchymal stem cells have the same efficacy as the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, like another clinical trial, but it’s easier to obtain because it’s more accessible, for the adipose tissue is very easy to obtain, like the medullary tissue, and the administration is safe, and at least it’s as effective as the mesenchymal bone marrow stem cells. It’s very safe, it’s well tolerated by the patient, there is a trend to improve and less mortality in the treated patients and placebo patients. Maybe it’s the thing to plan for the future trial with Phase III with a larger number of patients, but maybe it’s an opportunity to introduce the new therapy in brain repair to improve the recovery in stroke patients.
