Dr Razeghi Jahromi highlights the lack of evidence regarding nutritional habits that act as prophylactic measures for migraines. The research can be categorized into weight management and obesity, dietary patterns, and supplementation. Dr Razeghi Jahromi explores the impact of weight on migraines, indicating that overweight individuals have a higher risk of migraines. They also discuss the positive effects of healthy diets, such as the Mediterranean diet, in preventing migraines. Additionally, Prof. Togha delves into the role of B vitamins and vitamin D3 supplementation in managing migraines.
