In this video, Luis Querol Gutierrez, MD, PhD, Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, Barcelona, Spain, discusses the results of a randomized placebo-controlled Phase IIa trial (NCT03861481), which investigated rozanolixizumab, an FcRn inhibitor, in patients with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP). The outcome of the trial was negative, as no benefit in terms of efficacy was seen with the agent when compared to placebo. This interview took place at the European Academy of Neurology (EAN) Annual Meeting 2024 in Helsinki, Finland.
