EEC 2024 | Plans for implementing a novel clinical prediction model of epilepsy seizure risk into the NHS

In this video, Thomas Spain, University of Liverpool, Liverpool, UK, discusses the possible implementation of a novel clinical prediction model of epilepsy seizure risk into the UK National Health Service (NHS). Before pursuing funding to allow for its implementation, the clinical relevance of the model is being assessed by monitoring feedback from ten clinicians and their patients at a specialist clinic. This interview took place at the 15th European Epilepsy Congress (EEC) 2024 in Rome, Italy.
