Esther Cubo, MD, PhD, Hospital General Yague, Burgos, Spain, discusses how patients with movement disorders are indicated to not be more at risk than those without movement disorders. However, elderly patients that have comorbidities are more vulnerable. Dr Cubo also highlights how reduced physical activity and social isolation can decrease mental health and quality of life.
