William Curt LaFrance Jr, MD, MPH, FAAN, FANPA, DFAPA, Brown University, Providence, RI, outlines the progress made in functional neurological disorder (FND) research. Thanks to increased funding, education, and multi-disciplinary collaboration, there has been an exponential growth in the number of publications, and this has been reflected in the enhancements of FND patient care. This interview took place at the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) Annual Meeting 2024 in Denver, CO.
