Katarina Rukavina, MD, PhD, Movement Disorders Hospital, Beelitz, Germany, shares guidance for differentiating between symptoms of menopause and Parkinson’s disease when they overlap. Dr Rukavina explains that PD in prodromal phases can mimic menopause symptoms, which can lead to delayed diagnosis.
